Item Condition: The fish being auctioned are of Showcase grade. Our head breeder has hand-picked and screened each fish to ensure their condition. The fish in the photos are the exact fish that will be sent.
Starting Bid: The auction will begin at a designated minimum bid amount specified on the product auction listing.
Bid Increments: Bids must increase in increments of $5. For instance, if the current bid is $50, the next valid bid would be $55, followed by $60, and so on.
Bidding Process: Participants must submit their bid through the designated bidding platform on the SRC website. Bids will not be accepted via chat, messenger, email, etc.
Auction Duration: The start time of the auction is Friday, December 8, 12:00 PM MST, and the end time is Saturday, December 9, at 6:00 PM MST. The auction listing clearly specifies the start and end times, including a countdown timer displaying the time left.
Winner Determination: The highest valid bid will be the winner at the end of the auction period. The winning bidder will immediately receive an email with instructions to complete the purchase process.
Payment: The winner must promptly complete the checkout process and make payment within 2 hours of the auction end time. Failure to do so will result in the item being offered to the next highest bidder.
Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are not included in the bid amount and will be charged separately at checkout once the auction concludes.
Combine Shipping: If you win more than one fish in the auction or have other items in your cart, you can complete the checkout process all at once, and shipping will be automatically calculated following our general shipping rules. Additionally, we can assess combining multiple orders if you have placed other orders during the sale/restock. (Please email us if you wish to combine orders.)
Dispute Resolution: In the event of any disputes or discrepancies, the decision of Snake River Cichlids will be final.
These rules aim to ensure a fair and transparent auction process while providing clear guidelines for bidding, payment, and shipping arrangements.
Orders placed during the Showcase Auction and Restock will ship next week Monday-Wednesday and may not follow our normal shipping schedule.
