Thank you so much for your patience as we navigate shipping delays caused by dense fog in our area. We hope to resume shipping on Monday, 1/26, starting with West Coast orders and getting as many out as conditions allow.
A winter storm is expected to move through much of the eastern U.S. this weekend, so our ability to fully resume normal shipping on Tuesday, 1/27, will depend on how that system develops. Because most of our orders route through the Louisville, Kentucky UPS hub, shipments will also be dependent on that facility being fully operational.
Please know we are monitoring the situation very closely and will provide updates as soon as we have confirmed information. If you have an open order and would like an estimated ship date, you’re welcome to email us—just keep in mind that we likely won’t have firm answers until after the weekend.
