We’re still waiting on the go-ahead from our UPS representative before resuming live fish shipments. Following last week’s plane explosion at the Louisville, Kentucky hub, UPS has grounded nearly 10% of their air fleet. Combined with the current government shutdown and limited air traffic controllers, there are still major delays in overnight and next-day air service — the same routes we rely on to ship fish safely.
We’re not willing to risk your order’s safety under these conditions. If you have an open order and wish to ship this week anyway, please reach out. We can do so only after you sign a liability release, as our Arrive Alive Guarantee will be voided for any shipments made before we receive UPS clearance.
