With a patient owner, the Ngara Flametail will become one of the most colorful Peacocks in the tank.  After reaching 3" or more their dark blue will start to have beautifully contrasting orange coloring appear.

  • Adult Size:  4-5"
  • Temperament:  Mildly aggressive.
  • Compatibility:  Keep with other Peacocks and Haps of a similar size. Avoid keeping with Mbunas.
